About your data
Through our investigation, we have determined that the unauthorised third party was able to access a report containing some limited customer data. This is limited to your name and any contact details that you may have provided to us (e.g. your email address and/or postal address). It does not include any financial or payment details that you may have provided, which are handled via a third party secure credit card processor.
It’s important to explain that we have no reason to believe that any of your personal data was specifically targeted or is likely to be misused in any way. However, we wanted to let you know as a matter of utmost transparency so that you can exercise vigilance.
What can you do?
We take our data protection responsibilities incredibly seriously and whilst we consider the risk to you to be low, we encourage you to exercise vigilance in all matters relating to your personal details when you are interacting with any websites online.
We would also recommend:
- Enabling two-step authentication on all your online services/devices.
- Using a password manager and ensuring that all passwords you use are different and strong.
- Exercising increased vigilance in relation to suspicious emails, texts, and phone calls you are not expecting which ask you for your personal or financial details.

We would like to reiterate that this is an isolated incident and unfortunately, incidents of this nature are increasingly common. That said, it’s only right and prudent that we learn whatever lessons we can from this incident and continue to strengthen our IT systems.
